that the axis of the universe is an enormous ash tree.
This tree, “Yggdrasill”, links the worlds of Asgard (where the
Gods reside) Midgard (where humans reside) and Nifheim, (the
land of darkness and freezing mist) known as Hel. Yggdrasill is
called “The World Tree” because it is thought to be the guardian
of the whole world.
The tree is universally thought of as a symbol of stability and
growth, and revered for its life-giving abilities. The roots
reach deep into the earth to ground us; the branches reach high
into the heavens to enable our spirit to grow; the fruits feed
and nurture our bodies. The tree represents life, death, and

triangles which translates as the "Knot of the

servants, The Valkyries in the form of raven to
Valhalla to feast until Ragnarok when the warriors
would all emerge from the hall to fight the hell

Irminsul, a Cosmic
Tree symbol, was Sacred to the Saxons of Ancient Europe. Equated with
Yggdrasil, the World Tree of the Norse, the symbol once existed in
Northern Germany but was destroyed by early Christians under orders of
Charlemagne in 772 AD. The only surviving image of Irminsul was
reportedly carved into the rock formations of the "externsteine," a
huge natural rock formation long used as a Pagan Holy Site: often
described as mainland Europe's "Stonehenge." On the trunk of this
Cosmic Tree is the 'GAR' rune, seen only in the Anglo-Saxon runic
alphabet. Gar is the last rune, and means 'Spear.' More accurately, it
refers to "Gungnir," Odin's Magical Spear; a Dwarven Magical Weapon
given to Odin by Loki. Gar was used as a magical word for bringing
